• Early Bird Applications: open from Tuesday, 20 October to Wednesday, 11 November 2026
• Standard Applications: open from Thursday, 12 November 2026 to Friday, 11 December 2026

System updates

We've simplified our application process for ATE27 to ensure improved security and system reliability.

• Applications are no longer submitted via a buyer portal.
• Every primary delegate must apply using a unique email address.
• If you attended ATE26 as a primary buyer, use the same email address to log in and parts of your application will be pre-filled.
• Once submitted, you won't need to log back in to check your application status.
• Applications for additional delegates and day passes will open from early December subject to your primary delegate application being accepted and payment being received.

How to apply

1. Click on the Apply now button below. Note: Please ensure that you have reviewed the buyer selection criteria and event terms and conditions, prior to applying.
2. Enter your unique email address when prompted. Note: you must have access to this email address to receive a verification code. 
3. Check your inbox for the verification code and enter it on screen.
4. Complete and submit your primary delegate application form by Friday, 11 November 2026 to take advantage of our Early Bird offer.
